Tibetan Singing Bowl

Singing bowls have been used to bring harmony to the mind, body and soul through vibrational frequencies for centuries. They produce a type of sound medicine that is heard by more than just our ears. A singing bowl eases any form of dis-ease in and around your life including stress relief, depression and is also useful when cleansing your space and crystals. It is also soothing during meditation allowing creative thinking and intuitive messages to come through.

Each bowl has a Diameter of 8.5 cm and resonates with each chakra based on the frquency of the bowl
